Definitely had a cool 60s sound too. I LOVE this song. SP gives great motown! :D

I guess Perry was always ugly, he's ugly way back then too. :D
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

LOL - I would have gone for him so fast in high school he wouldn't have known what hit him.

I've always been attracted to guys with long hair and big noses. Seriously.

Didn't marry one, though....

I don't think I've seen the first pic - cool finds! I wonder what they sounded like - wasn't SP the drummer & not the singer in this band?

first man i ever heard my mom state that she had a crush on was steve perry.i was seven or eight years old and escape had just came out and she played 'don't stop believin' to death day and night.first we had the 45 then the cassette and finally the album.i listened to the whole album play non stop for a couple years at least.then in '83 she went to see journey and bryan adams and i begged to go but didn't get to go because it was a school night.i was extremely pissed off about that, lol.

If my memory is correct, these pics were part of an interview with 1 of the Sullie guys featured at the Perryville site. Or some other fan site. I know I have read the article and seen the pics last year.

It wasn't on Perryville.

The interview was conducted by 60sgaragebands.com and it was with 2 of the former Sullies.
