Okay, but this includes groups with dead guys - it's supposed to be a DREAM concert, right?

Day One

Three Dog Night (original lineup)
Lindsey Buckingham
Matchbox Twenty

Day Two (Country Theme)

Brooks and Dunn
Alan Jackson
Diamond Rio

Day Three

Evanescence
Queen - with Freddy
The Bee Gees - with Maurice (throw in Andy Gibb, too)

Day Four

Steve Augeri (make him sing)
Jeff Scott Soto (and the JSSB band along with all the Talisman guys)
Steve Perry (MAKE HIM SING)

Only three acts per day doing three hour sets. Nine hours per day - 36 hours total

I love Day 4. I have seen all of them numerous times, except Tom Waits.

I would pay big time for that days ticket.

Omygosh! Where do I get tickets for this one????????

PR, I love your days 3 and 4 (although I agree that I'd want JSS to have more stage time)
The only thing is I'd be screaming my lungs out for everyone on 3 and the beginning of 4 that I'd have nothing left for Tom, Bob or the Boss! 8)

Everyone's being so creative with their lists! Mine is so simple I'm almost embarrassed to say it!
....
Keyword being almost. ;)

My dream concert would be the complete Journey reunion.
I want EVERYONE that has ever performed with any incarnation of Journey to put on a concert of as many Journey songs as possible before Ross and Neal's fingers are worn to the bone and the whale starts losing keys!

This requires a time machine as well, as each band/set must be seen during their respective era in time (you did say DREAM scenerio).

12:00pm to 1:00pm - Steve Perry (from the '94/95 FTLOSM tour)
1:30 PM to 2:30 PM - Journey (1978 lineup during the Infinity tour)
3:00 PM to 4:30 PM - Journey (1986/87 ROR tour)
5:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Journey (1983 Frontiers tour)
7:30 PM to 9:00 PM - Journey (1979 Evolution tour)
9:30 PM to 11:30 PM - Journey (1981/82 Escape Tour)
12:00 AM to 2:00 AM - Journey - (1980 Departure Tour)
