The issue with Pineda is not his voice - it's not as good as Jeremey's but it's very good.

The problem is his COMPLETE lack of stage presence, and his height. Neal is half a head taller than he is.

You're either born with stage presence or not. JSS blew EVERYONE away in Charlotte on his third gig even though he hadn't adapted his voice to the songs yet. But he was a ROCK STAR. Pineda is a lounge lizard. He looks like one of those little guys you see at a smoky karaoke bar - can sing his balls off, but just stares at the monitor.

Wrong again. Pineda has been in front of similar or (more frequently) larger crowds for almost 20 years. BACH PLAYED IN FRONT OF NO BIGGER CROWD THAN 250 BEFORE SKID ROW, and he was instantly hailed as one of the best.
