I have to say the guy who started that website is a genius!

Have a vote no 1 poll where you can vote everyday, then naturally allow overzealous fans to inundate their respective websites with pleas to keep voting.

The site gets a zillion hits a day, and the rates he charges for advertising go thru the roof.

So congrats Journey/Queen fans! In our maniacal efforts to get people to vote in a poll that pits Bon Jovi vs Queen (how freakin' ridiculous!) you have made that website creator rich. Way to go people!

Of course, I'm just bitter because I didn't think of the idea myself. :lol:

Is anyone else having a problem with logging on to that site to vote? I haven't been able to log on to it for several days.

I just downloaded a pop-up blocker the other day. Is it possible that the pop-up blocker could be preventing me from logging onto that site? I'm not having a problem with any other sites.

I think we are being toyed with. SP is sooo close, yet can never quite go over the hump. When is this voting going to end? Then, at least we'll get relief.

Just delete your cookies after you vote and you can vote as much as you want. I have a program on my pc called CC cleaner that deletes my cookies, temp internet files, et., so I have that open and after I vote, I run that and vote again.

Thanks for the tip on the ccleaner. I tried it and it works. You don't have to delete cookies though. Just the temporary internet files. There are some macromedia flash files that are the culprits. Easier than changing the system date. Vote early and vote OFTEN!!!

only 1 vote/ IP address is counted so deleting cookies will do nothing even though you think you are voting again
