Good stuff. Thank you. I'm pretty pleased with the new songs. Of course, I can't decipher the vocals because of the poor YouTube quality, but I'm impressed with what I CAN hear. Looking forward to the new album and DVD and the summer tour.

wow, sounds pretty good. The ballad doesn't sound like anything they've done before. Hopefully, they'll get somebody to push it.
The audience sounds like they like it too. That's a great sign. A year ago, I'd say the
band was washed up (and did). I don't think that anymore.

Wildest Dreams rocks. Cool! Hopefully "Revelations" will be less ballad-heavy. Cool chord changes. Great chorus. The crowd loved it. Didn't listen to Faithfully or AWYW. Don't need to hear those again ;)

Thanks so much for sharing these links! Man I wish we all could have been there!!! I'm confused about something though... I thought they were playing 4 new songs? I've only seen 3.

I'm still reserving judgement on all of them until I can hear them better, but "After all these years" is amazing! I can hear it well enough to know they've got an awesome hit with that one! Now if the Wal-Mart, management and Sony (If they are signed to Sony) will just throw some marketing dollars behind the guys...maybe we could hear a song or two on the radio!??? I can't wait for this album to hit the stores, and I think they were smart as hell to go with Wal-mart!

Wow, thanks soooo much for sharing the links :D The new ballad is beautiful!!! It gave me total goosebumps instantly. I sure hope that Arnel stays healthy and keeps that voice strong :)

Thanks again,

They better promote the HELL out of these guys this time around. This is as good as it is gonna get!!! I just said in another thread, at times the emotional impact of that ballad reminds me a bit of Josh Groban, and if his stuff can get on the radio, "After all these Years" SURE AS HELL CAN!!!! :)
Rock on,
Eric

"will she go or stay" or "Walk away"..which is the right title?...sounds like something off Arrival. Which was a great CD.

it's hard to stay mad at these fuckers with songs like this...... :D

thx for posting the links, much appreciated.

Ya. I like this one. It sounds like Journey. I'm so conflicted!

Sounds really good to me. I think it's still up in the air on whether it will do well overall though. Arrival was a great album, but didn't sell to the masses without SP singing. Like SA, I think Arnel has the voice to satisfy the casual fan who wants to relive the past at the live show, but whether it generates enough interest the in the consumer's mind to buy the CD.....time will tell.

The name "Journey" will always satisfy the "casual" fan. The casual fan has zero idea Perry isn't in the band! I think Arnel has a MUCH stronger voice than Augeri ever had. Time will tell whether or not it will hold up. The name Journey won't sell a new cd, regardless of who the lead singer is! 1983 was ripped off the calendar a VERY long time ago, and most people have moved on!

Thanks for posting those, it's appreciated! That second song, regardless of it's title, KILLS! If this vibe holds true and Arnel can continue to sing like that, I'm in. I've not been impressed with his cover stuff as I know in my head what I want to hear. If this is an indication of their new stuff, get ready ...

Did this clip start at the beginning of the song? Neal has gotten his guitar to sing again on this one! I love this one, too.
