By the same token I don't see the value of traveling miles, paying for accommodations, and paying Journey prices to see a cover band just because it has the name Journey.

I can drive a few miles from home and pay a fraction of the price to see a tribute band that I get the same Journey satisfaction from.

Last time I checked, every song played except for ONE (LTS) was at least co-written by one or more of the current Journey members. How is it a cover band, when they only play one "cover" per show?
