I don't see why it's such a huge problem to disagree?!?! Whether you're an "Arnelian", "Soto Psycho", "Wiggler", or "Loon"...it shouldn't matter. You like what you like...and I, for one, do NOT like this line-up nor will I spend another red cent on them. That's ok, though....'cause I'm saving a LOT of cash.
Really though...this is the same argument that happened in '98 when Augeri took over. The Loons said "I'll NEVER see Journey without Perry" etc etc. Once Augeri left..the Wigglers said "All is lost..I'll never see Journey without him", then Soto came aboard....Most of the Loons came back just because of his energy and the way he worked an audience and how he sang.....and SHIT, that dude could work a crowd.........THEN HE WAS CUT. I said after all that that I'd never go back to paying for anything Journey unless Perry was back. I'm stickin' by my word...as some others are. If I'm missing out on some "great music"...so be it. I'm happy for all the people that are enjoying all of this from the new line-up...but I won't partake in it. And, also, y'all have fun at the upcoming shows.

I saw the Chile vids and the ones from Vegas....I thought they sucked to be honest. Journey feel...but I just don't like the vocalist. Nothing against him....I'd be there too if they asked.

Okay, enough. I can't speak for Stevew. Even though it sounds like he's supportive of my POV, he's biased and unfair. He's had an agenda ever since Jeremey was dropped for Arnel. Actually, he probably had an agenda since JSS was dumped.

I, on the other hand, happen to think Arnel has a great voice and I believe he's the best vocalist these guys could have chosen (outside of Perry). He's got the skills and he knows what to do with them. Great vocalist and it sounds like he's finding his comfort level. Kudos to him.

This is not about Arnel. This is not about Journey without Perry. This is about a band intentionally plagiarizing themselves and calling it a new song. If you guys think this is okay:
