i dont get it either.. the 3 new songs dont do much for me, at this point anyway.. im glad Hunsicker got a writing credit though..that alone is beyond cool..

GREAT playing and
singing.. but its not my thing..

it sorta makes me understand why JSS isnt there.. ... i just cant imagine him singing this.. well .. this legacy sounding song anyway... :? ..

if i would have seen it live then i might feel differntly .. not sure .. "right now i just want to hang with your daughter."-lloyd dobler... 8)

I'm with you there, Lloyd.....great singing and playing....wish Arnel well...he's a very good singer..great voice....but...legacy sound?...sounds post Perry era not legacy....and from a clip I just watched of the Vegas show all is not live with this band either ...they've learned to rely on a little "assistance" as a rule, I guess....guess all the big name acts do anymore, though.. :? ..if you want honesty in music go see and support local bands.

I love this ballad..classic Journey to me.

Brent(sp?), Jon's tech, lives in Nashville where we live and was on our plane back home..he said Jon wrote this song in his basement, or was it garage?, not sure..anyway, it sounds just like Jon's writing to me.

This track has Cain's fingerprints ALL over it! Dude can simply write songs!
