Yip, that's basically what he said in that TV Guide interview article a few years back, when he was on his world tour and they're filming a behind-the-scenes for upcoming TV special. I believe they were still newlyweds then, before Beatrice anyway, and Heather was following Paul around, just like Linda used to do.

Paul was asked if they had a pre-nuptial agreement in effect. He said that was discussed among his advisors and even his children, and that Heather would sign one without hesitation, but he was the one that said no.

not always true, girlfriends can get pregnant and then you have
child support payments for 18 years while she moves on....
girlfriends often get retaliation for dumping them or for hush money,

EVERYBODY in the world came out of the woodwork and warned him, including his own kids.
I'm a huge Paul fan, but I was major disappointed that he married this chick so soon after Linda died. Linda was very cool and it was a slap in the face to his family. I guess he kind of got what he deserved for being dumb.
