He's probably not gagged to the same degree anymore. Before he wasn't allowed to say word one, until that expiration in October. I'm sure he can talk about his time in Journey now, but only positives, not negatives. I think Neal, Jon and Ross are under the same order with Perry. You know, say nothing to "harm, disparage, or otherwise negatively affect, etc., etc."

Another band, not sure what one though. I think it was a heart attack. 1992 or 1993.
