Jim Boy in presser,,,,dropping F bombs and defending his players, and railing his own school newspaper.

Classic. Good coach, shitty school and even shittier nickname- Orange.

I grew up near Syracuse and went to their basketball, lacrosse and football games throughout high school and college (back when all their sports programs were good.) I've always loved Jim Boeheim as a coach - he is a true college basketball legend.

Deano, Syracuse has very high academic standards.

Along with BC, this is my favourite NCAA program.

I'm sure his statement that they wouldn't have won 10 games without McNamara made the rest of the team feel real good about themselves.

A good coach inspires confidence in all of his players. I know he is a good coach, but I just question praising one player while belittling the rest of them.

Dude, the criticism was of ONE single player.

Yeah, I know. What's your point? He praised McNamara in a way that diminished the contributions of the rest of the team. "Without McNamara we wouldn't have won 10 games." Kind of like when HOTS used to call Journey Perry's sidemen. :lol:
