I was always a huge fan of Great White but find it hard to stomach that the guys are walking around on the streets...but that's a different topic.

Anyone watching?

Tesla: What's up with Jeff Keith sounding like Cartman? Is he okay?

Eric Martin: good performance, terrible background vox

Stryper + Boston: EEEWWW! Bad. Just awful.

Gretchen Wilson: A complete beast singing Heart tunes. Simply amazing doing "Straight On." I wish she'd do a complete album of Heart tunes.

I need a clip damnit!  I don't get VH1. :(

Why are you whining? :P :P You know I always take care of you!

Agreed. Sweet's vibrato does not work with the Boston sound at all.

Question for any of you singers out there..... What exactly is vibrato? And also what is resonance? I've heard that used regarding Perry too and others. When you are talking about Michael's vibrato is that how (length) the notes are held?

Yeah, Michael Sweet has a great voice, but he didn't sound that good on this. He can still go very high, but chose to stay low which definitely hurt the overall sound of the song. Maybe he didn't get enough time to warm up, who knows....
