Time out only works to control behavior if it is applied consistently.

And the devil is in the details: calling where the line is between the beginning of an escalating venom-fest and the usual high drama that makes this place entertaining.

Use your heads people..if you care about Andrew and want to do whats in his best interest then please refrain and dont be reactionary.... let him handle it.
If the beast is not fed and left alone with no light shown on it..it cannot grow and thrive..it will eventually die off.
