I really like Favre, but this isn't fair to Aaron Rodgers. The Packers should make some kind of statement to put an end to this.

November 2000 is when Freeman made the sick catch on his back..December 2003 is the year where Brett played a sick game a day after his father's passing.. Favre passed for 399 yards and four touchdowns..granted they were going to catch anything he threw up..but damn..that was a insane game.. that's what you call playing with passion..which is how he played the game..that whole game felt like a Mean Joe Green Coca Cola commercial.

I'll NEVER argue Brett Favre as a player. The dude was the most hard nosed football player, EVER, which is saying a lot, considering he played the QB position. That said, I could really do without his "Diva" like attitude every year, about to retire or not retire. I have FAR more respect for guys who don't leave their teammates in limbo, EVERY season, with their future career plans! Either play football or go the fuck away and stop talking to the media about how you might come back! I think Favre's issue is he doesn't believe the Packers showed him enough love in the offseason, so he simply "retired"!
