I'm sure millions will be flying off the shelves. It will be bigger than "Open Arms" for sure. Make plans now to camp out in front of your local WalMart the night before the new album goes on sale to make sure you get a copy. We can start a big bonfire in the parking lot and burn our Journey Greatist Hits albums and CD's. We won't need them after we get the new re-recorded Greatest Hits.

That may be a little extreme. I'll continue to hang on to my older greatest hits but by all means-- everyone do what they feel is right.

I'm with Papa, that's a ballsy move for a first release. I've heard the clip from Vegas and that song kicks ass. I can't wait to hear the recorded version soon. Schon, it's about time you got it right for once in a row. Leading with a rocker, yes!

I'm sure Cain is pissed as it's not a boarder line gay ballad but I'm sure she'll shine through soon.

NP. 8)

I've listened to that song a few times now and it sounds like it could have been lifted right off of ROR. I'm not a huge fan of that record but "Be Good to Yourself" was the one good rocker off of that cd. This song seems to have the same vibe to me.

If you go there now, they're about to play the new Def Leppard song and then the DJ just said "in the next hour we'll play a new song by Journey."

wow Never walk away sounds awesome. Sounds very classic to me. Has a very 80's production sound to me.

KILLER song. Phenomenal vocals. I love the intro. Neal's guitar sound is amazing on this track (and hopefully the whole record). Arnel's vocals are amazing. Killer, killer song.

Agreed. Unreal song. Best post-Perry song I've heard, and I'm a big Augeri-era fan (Remember Me, Higher Place, Faith In The Heartland, We Will Meet Again). This one tops them all.

That was great. Good job Arnel and Journey. Can't wait for the rest of the record.

Arrrgh...

Neal came to me last night in a dream
We were on our way to the studio

I had the keys
I even asked them if they were his
but they were mine
He let me have the front seat next to him

Gosh darn, Neal
Stay out of my dreams!!!!

That's the best song I've heard from Journey in many years. The guitar and vocals were outstanding.
(I could have gone another 15 years without hearing "Big Balls" again though)
