For some reason I just don't understand why some feel the need to criticize others' musical tastes. It's all subjective to each of us. I would never attack anyone for liking any particular band. I have already been made fun of here for "Fighting the Good Fight" and being excited about the upcoming Triumph reunion. I ask you - "Why?"

Let me enjoy my band, and let anyone that doesn't like the music I love, listen to what they are into. No need for personal attacks. We are all different people. I will never ask someone who isn't into Triumph or Rush or some of my favorite bands to change their minds. However if they are curious. I'd turn them on to some of my favorite tracks so they could see why I like them and then they can decide for themselves. Nothing wrong with that.

Avoid the negativity - it makes life much more enjoyable. I like when people turn me on to new music. That is always so much appreciated! Whether you like what was offered or not , it is cool for people to share interests. You might find more music to enjoy. Even if you didn't, someone shared their interests with you and that person shouldn't be torn apart for it, but instead thanked.

Tearing someone apart for their tastes in music or anything else is just stupid. Sorry if I am overstepping my bounds. I hope this is taken as someone's opinion and nothing more.

MANY are going to always just do this.. .. when they hear the word STRYPER..like so many bands from that era that are very talented..they will always be lumped into not only the hair band deal..but the bumble bee outfits..then the Christian thing.

Again..when I play Stryper for people and do not tell them who they are until after..they are blown away..period..

I'm right there with ya guy. This one is in my top three rankings in "hopes for" as they go. First one was Zep. Checked that one off. Now Triumph back together! Almost, almost gives me a tinge of hope for the last one. lol
