OT: Journey's Revelation.

I was just listening to the soundbites of the new one. One tune stood out for me hoping that Survivor would do something like it. The tune is What It Takes to Win. If anyone cares! 8)

I've always thought the 2 bands were like twins and indeed What It Takes To Win and Where Did I Lose Your Love? both have distinct Survivor feels.

Pineda, perry, Bickler and Augeri all sound pretty similar too.

Yeah it's a time shame Survivor had Scotti Bros promoting them :(

The one that immediately stood out to me as very Survivor-esque was Turn Down The World Tonight. If I just played the song for the first time and didn't know it was Journey I would definitely guess it was Survivor.
