Two arrested in Bourbon bank robbery
CENTRAL KENTUCKY BUREAU
State police have arrested and charged two Cynthiana men with robbing a Bourbon County bank.
Steve Perry, 28, is accused of brandishing a silver handgun and demanding money at the North Middletown
branch of Kentucky Bank on Monday morning. He fled on foot and got into a 1992 Honda Accord in which
Christopher Robertson, also 28, allegedly was waiting, police said.
Perry was charged with first-degree robbery and tampering with physical evidence.
Robertson was charged with first-degree complicity to commit robbery and tampering with physical evidence.
Police found the vehicle Tuesday in the Licking River near the Berry community in northern Harrison County.
The vehicle was registered to North Broadway Auto Sales of Lexington, but had been sold to
Robertson in February, police said.
