I'm very serious. The man was paid for his services and then released. End of story.

No, Rick, you're missing the point. Journey is a corporation. Corporations are only interested in looking good for the general public, and they did that for 99.99999% of the people, as Tito stated. The way the fans see it, Journey hired a fill-in, paid him well, he finished a tour, thanked him, and went in a different direction. That's the way I see it, too.

And you're wrong as well. To dismiss the treatment is wrong, number one. To say it's ok because it's Corporate America is the second error. To alleviate the responsibility of treating people with respect simply because it's "Corporate America" is in itself irresponsible and also actually condones their behavior. How would you like to go to work one day only to find that your entry card into the building doesn't work? Never hear a word from your employer, just can't get in. I bet that would be a nice feeling. The phrase "It's not personal, it's business." should be stricken from the English language. Everything is personal because you're not dealing with machines.

Bad taste? It's none of our business. Why a bad taste.

Give me a break. He had enough mouthpieces here to do his talking. Intentional or not.

And that would've been extremely foolish to do. All that would've created was a backlash against him. Most fans are neutral to him. BTW, he wasn't so gracious in that radio interview on youtube last week when the DJ said they are a karoke band. And JSS said, "you said that not me." Which basically means he was agreeing with him.

If I recall correctly Tito it was your cold callous choice of words in this thread that
got everyone fueled.

Perhaps my words (which I have since amended) may have started this particular thread. However, this is hardly a new topic.

Not quite sure what to think of that (bold) line. What do you JSS die hards think of that?

Very true, like the FT.Worth show which had at most 75 peeps. Very humbling for Jeff. I've heard other shows had similar numbers. They should have pimped the hell out of that tour.

I do agree that if JSS is going to "make it" the time is now, it's time for better management, better decision making on his solo career, etc. Time to market "Jeff Scott Soto" and not the JSS flavor of the month bands he shows up in.

Oh so you have a bone with him cause he may have agreed with a DJ over some smal talk and radio joke??? That explains everything,,,,,
Now , I posted this interview, for people who care about Jeff and his future,,,,, youre clearly not one of them,,,,, So why even bother?

for your information his fans are glad he isnt surrounded by backstabbers. He IS much better off without them. What the fans hated was how shitty he was let go, not why he was let go.Tito wrote:Babyblue wrote:But he is better off without
Then why do most of his fans have sour grapes? They should be grateful that he is no longer with them.Babyblue wrote:and will still make his mark.JSS KICKS ASS!!!!!!!!
Lets bet.
