Hell no!!! Only gay guys checkout other guys.

I never said "check out" the other guys. I said do you look.
Looking at another person of the same sex whilst a private part or parts is/are exposed does not make a person gay.
You watch porn and there's dicks there... does that make ya gay? No. I'm just wondering if ya LOOK at it. Do ya see lots of other guys' junk, like daily, or no. OR, is it so common to you all, what with the whole pee-standing-up thing, that you see them all the time and don't care? That's all I'm wondering.

Journey/Survivor wrote:Here's a question for you, and answer honestly.....

Do you feel that women check each other out when their naked in a locker room??? I know of some cases where they definitely have. But what's your honest opinion?

"Check out"... no. To me that means "Rowwwrrr! Hey lookitdat!!"
But just look? Yes. You can't avoid 'naked'. You can TRY. It's damn near impossible.

Ok. No, I don't look at all. First and foremost I have zero interest in seeing other guys body parts. Also, like was mentioned, that's the kind of thing that would get a guys ass kicked if he did it. Plus, these days they usually have dividers that separate the urinals, so you wouldn't be able to see anything even if you wanted to.

You bring up a good point about the porn. I have no problem with the male anatomy in pornos, as long as it is with a woman. In fact, if I am really in the mood for porn (which doesn't happen often but it does happen...and my wife and I enjoy it together) I do NOT like that Cinemax soft-core stuff. It shows plenty of the woman but it is SO unrealistic where the man is that it is actually a let down. The girl-on-girl stuff is good...but when it is a couple I can't help but thinking "why would he be puttin' it in her belly button?" or "why is she sitting on his abs?". It's almost distracting....

I never want or need to see another guys pluming. But I'm also not into pornos really.

If theres an actress who I think is really hot, and then she does a nude scene, I may look up some stills of her off the internet? Like if after all of these years Christina Applegate were to finally do a nude scene, then yeah, I'd look that up on the internet because I've had a thing for her for 20 years now. But I'd rather see her do a tasteful nude scene in a movie than to do a porno.

Well, there is nudity, movie love scenes, and porno...all very different obviously. We would probably all prefer "tasteful" love scenes. Like I said, pornos are not a regular part of my life. But they serve a purpose from time to time. And when they are on, the guy does not bother me. But you said you "never need to see a guy's junk"...I certainly never NEED to either. As for Christina Applegate...there is on pic of her on the net that has got to be the best fake I have ever seen. I truly thought it was her all the way! How could you not have a thing for her after all those years as Kelly Bundy??? If you were a teen then, especially if you were a rocker, than she was IT!!

No, I wasn't insinuating in anyway that you want to see other guys. I hope you didn't take it that way!

I've seen 2 pictures of Applegate that I know are fakes that look completely real. And then I've seen another picture of her that I suspect is a fake, but I'm not positive.

Can you describe the picture?

Married With Children is my all time favorite sitcom, I've always loved Christina Applegate too.

I continue to be fascinated at the way men approach topics like this vs, the way women do.

Men, in general, have absolutely no problem whatsoever with inserting their own dicks, figuratively, into any kind of topic, especially in coversation with each other... I've witnessed it. Guys will talk to each other about their parts, fuctions, you name it. But the minute you hover within a mile of the subject of ANOTHER guy's dick, it's like "Whoa, hey, whoa, I'm not gay!" That's the first place it goes and this thread is proof so don't deny it.

See what happened there? There was a fraction of a hint of a misinterpreted comment and it was "I wasn't insinuating in anyway that you want to see other guys. I hope you didn't take it that way!" Such emotion about the idea of a guy wanting to see another guy! Exclamations and everything! Eeek, a dick! Someone might think I want to see that, get it away!!! Fffft!! Fffftt! Shoo! Wait, it's my OWN? Oh well here, let me tell you all about it and how marvelous it is!!! You know, I once banged a chick so hard the tip came out her EAR!!"

I'm not picking on anyone, btw. I just marvel at how differently the sexes react to their own kind. Human nature fascinates me.

See, women... total opposite. This is us: "Wow, could that woman be showing any more cleavage?"... "Ha! Look... camel toe!" ... and "good god, I wish a halter top looked like that on me... she has boobs I'd kill for." A guy won't do that... "Man, his package looks great in those pants... I wish I had that." I firmly believe they might THINK it, but never ever would they say it out loud.

I think men and women should all be forced to live one day as the opposite. I think we'd all be astounded at what really goes on.

How this relates to why we're permitted to see male nips and NEVER female nips, I'm not totally sure... but its uncharacteristic of me to stay on topic anyway, so it probably doesn't matter.

Yes, it's fascinating in a way, the difference in sexes. It would be very, very uncool for a guy to look at another guy whilst he was peeing or showering. In all liklihood, it would get your ass kicked. I didn't make the rules, that's just how it is. Every guy on this board knows the rules. It is a rule to stare STRAIGHT ahead at a urinal. Now, there is a urinal that looks like a bathtub, lots of times at football stadiums, older ones, that all the guys have to stand around and pee collectively. This is disgusting and gross and complicates the "rule". Anywho, I don't know, in a guy's world, there's nothing worse than someone thinking you're gay. Again, I didn't make this rule and I'm not homophobic, but it's one of the rules. We're weird, sorry. That's how it is.

Like I mentioned in one of my other posts....I think that most women have at least a little hint of bi-sexuality in them, unless their just plain homosexual all together. I'm not saying that most women would ever act on any sexual feelings for other women, but I've seen and heard so many examples over the years of females who grab each others breasts or butts, or they love the looks of other women.

Unless their small breasts, or unless the woman is wearing something really baggy, it's easy to see the shape and size of a woman's breasts. Your not going to see a guys bulge in his pants unless your specifically looking. And no straight guy is ever going to look at another guys bulge!!!

Straight guys like me have absolutely no interest in looking at other guys, and you don't ever want anyone to ever think your gay. That's why that worthless sack of shit Jackass From Boston is always making gay jokes about me, because he knows I'm not gay and that it pisses me off when he says his gay-ass-shit. Of course he knows that I'm right about what I say, and that burns him up, so he only knows how to respond with insults.

But yeah, you never want someone to think your gay if your a straight guy. And unless your trying to insult them you never insinuate that another guy is gay.

When guys go to a movie together, we always leave 1 seat open between us so no one gets the wrong idea.

One time in a bar I saw one girl giving another girl a lap-dance, and the girl who was getting the lap-dance started feeling the other girls breasts while she did it. So I figured they were clearly lesbians, but as it turned out they both had boyfriends.

In the eighth grade my class went on a trip to Washington DC. They were putting 4 kids per motel room. Each room had 2 beds, and the school had the idea that 2 kids each should share a bed. On the first night there I told the kid that was supposed to share a bed with me that I get the bed by myself one night, and you get the bed by yourself the next night. As it turned out, most of the guys in most of the rooms did the same thing, whereas all of the girls said they shared the bed like they were told to do.

I've often wished I was gay...look at my other choice...MEN! (rimshot, please)

Maybe it's because I'm a different generation but I've never grabbed a female's breast or bottom. Also, I don't remember discussing my body or other females bodies in the shower room.

It's just nature. Not just human nature but mamalian(word?) nature. The male of probably every species of mamal is going to try to be the Alpha male. The female is going to try to be the one that attracts the Alpha male. It's a genetic impulse that we have no control over. We can choose to ignore the impulse, but it's there, nonetheless.

So , because some woman show such a lack of self esteem and are full of envy for what other woman have, we should live in your shoes for a day? No thanks i'll stick to feeling comfortable in my own skin and not really caring what the next guy has thats different from myself.

By the way that comment above makes you seem like you live under a rock. I'm sure woman are really going around saying "wow her camel toe looks good with those pants" or "I wish my vagina looked as good as hers in that outfit" If you are saying this seek help, guys don't do this because they could care less.

For one thing I never said either of those things. My point was that women are more open about things like that among each other, be it with close friends, sisters, etc. I never said one damn word about vaginas looking good in an outfit, so don't twist it around. I just gave general examples of the way some women joke or comment about things, because they're things I've heard firsthand, and I wasn't just talking negatively. Women are also more open and reasonable about complimenting other women, as proven by the number of serious posts by women in the "sexy women" thread versus the 0 serious posts by men in the man thread. Women are smart enough and open enough to know that if they say another women is pretty or sexy, it does not automatically indicate that they're gay.

Yes. Thank you. I'll admit to the occasional catty comments as much as I will admit to having said that I thought a woman was pretty/sexy/beautiful, etc. This does not mean I wander the earth going "Man she's got some RACK!" I don't. Nor have I ever touched anything on another woman that was not an accident in some way. Many (I'm talking straight) women do though and are comfortable with it. My point was you will never see any kind of openness like that with guys, and not only that, you can't even bring up the TOPIC of it, because what you get back is some variation of "Ew, dude, no way, fuck you, I ain't GAY."

The comment above is no different than the examples i stated, and i firmly believe neither side is making these type comments for the same reason, and guys have no problem saying that another guy looks good, they just don't dwell on it an whine about wishing they looked like the other guy(again this goes back to self esteem)

Bullheaps!, bring these men forward I wanna speak with em.
I'll bet my backside that they desire a salami diet.
With the exception of a few hetero males I know....ALL men hide behind their own insecurities when it comes to
appreciating physical beauty of the same sex.

It sounds like several of you aren't privy to the language used (or haven't figured out the code yet)between males that lets other males know they are looking sharp. Image

And do you know why? Because they are considered taboo by the establishment. If we were more open about the human body there would be less problems. Look at Europe. Nude beaches, nudity on network TV, it is all "no biggie"...and they have less sex crimes than the US does.

Of course, it would not change overnight. It is just another example of how "we" have followed a line of thinking too far past usefulness but it is too late to change now...

exactly, america is afraid of sex

I think you are either homophobic or in denial yourself because you seem to think something like comparing sizes is "gay". you don't know if a guy is good looking or not? gimme a break! everyone is androgynous to a degree. people just think everything is considered "gay"

Another man's looks are meaningless to me. I can honestly say that I've never looked at another guy and thought "he's good looking." I do sometimes see a beautiful woman and wonder how it's even humanly possible for gay man to be gay when there are women that beautiful in the world.

But I can clearly say about myself, and assume the same is true with all other straight men, that I have absolutely, positively no attraction to other men.

Research would disagree with you on that part. Straight/gay isn't a binary as much as it is a continuum with completely straight on one end and completely gay on the other. Most folks are at neither pole and also move up and back along the line at different points in their lives.

And U.S. men's prohibition on expressing any opinion on other men's assets for fear of being considered gay is socially constructed. Other cultures have way different views; grown men kiss each other on the lips in social greeting, for example.
