Oh, that's right, I signed up for that board through Sallee's recommendation. Haven't posted anything there, hope they haven't deleted my account.

I love "Stir Crazy". The scene where the mean black dude is telling Prior's character all about the bull is my favorite...

Blade: The rodeo clown is the most DANGEROUS job, 'cause he gets CLOSEST to the BULL. He gets the BEST of the BULL! HOOK to the left! HOOK to the right! And if the bull rider's in trouble, he's gotta protect him, even if it means gettin' his ribs pulled out, or bein' freight-trained...

Harry Monroe: Freight-trained?

Blade: Run over, just like a freight train, only with a bull, it's worse, cause a freight train don't BACK UP and FINISH the JOB. Later on I'll show you how to lie out on the stretcher when the ambulance comes.

I think I saw Stir Crazy a LOOOONG time ago, but I don't think I ever saw Sliver Streak. I'll have to check that out. I found out about the guy from "The Toy" when I was very young, then came "Superman III", then I saw "Hear No Evil, See No Evil" (I still love the line "You mean I'M NOT WHITE?!?!"). That made me find his standup stuff like "Live on the Sunset Strip".....any Pryor is good Pryor!

   Great scene. One of my favorite scenes is where Richard Pryor strikes the match off of the big guys chest. Then the big guy asks what they're in for and he says "Bank Robbery" and the big guy says "You can kiss the baby." Gene Wilder asks "What baby would that be sir?" Cracks me up.
