Folks, if you can't get it to work or appear to be blocked it may be the link you are using? The one above has the ending &R=10 which reads to me as Rating=10. This would seem to mean that the link is already 'used' and could be the reason that you can't vote.

I use this original link and can vote no problem on both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
