Revelation on eBay

Postby Rip Rokken » Mon Jun 02, 2008 12:11 pm

Yup, already there, and not a one of them is close to the price you'll get it for at Wal Mart. Are people stupid? Most likely, they are hoping to sell a few, then buy them at Wal Mart and make a few bucks from them... Even that Greatest Hits Fan Pack someone mentioned from Best Buy is there and listed as "Revelation"... LOL!

I don't see why a single one of them would sell. If you order it, you won't have it until at least Tuesday anyway, and you're paying $10 more.

I guess I have to take my last post back - it looks like people are actually BIDDING on one of them. It's up to $15.50, and after $5.99 shipping the "lucky" winner will be paying $21.49. On top of that, they won't have it until at least June 6.

These people need to think before they bid!

That's what I was thinking, too, but I don't know what the release dates for other countries is.

Wow - it looks like someone just bid it up! It's now at $20.07, so the total would be at least $26.06 after shipping.

I guess the MR publicity is quite powerful!

If any of the bidders are from over here in the UK, they must be off their rocker as $26.06 in pounds is £13.50 (ish).

Revelation comes out here on the 9th and is being sold between £9 and £12 depending on the shop.

Yeah man, that's where I orderd my copy from - one of those trust sellers with an excellent rating, nothing less.

They are pre-orders.

It's now up to $25.57 plus $5.99 domestic shipping, so they will be paying well over $30

Too funny..I almost posted this a few days ago as I was shaking my head when I saw the prices on ebay compared to Walmart..when I think of ebay..I either am looking for something hard to find or a way to get something at it's cheapest..and exactly..some of them weren't even a few bucks over..more like ten..every so often when I am really not feeling well I will go to ebay and just search stuff for fun and the other day this was the first things I looked up..
