That is just an insane price for what you get.

Rolling Meadows? Lol!!! ...If so, I must head there after work since I'm on my way to Mt. Prospect anyway. I have to get about 3 more copies of this for gifts/and the ceremonial "one I never open".![]()

Omg I hate going in that one. Hate hate hate it.
I'm annoyed. Why? I was almost curious enough to go pick this thing up. I feel sick thinking of giving any of my dough to both Journey and Walmartbut I briefly considered it. I think I may have picked it up already if it weren't for that one disc. That still makes me sick. (not the content itself, but the fact they they did it in the first place)

Right north of Dempster between Busse and Elmhurst below Golf... great area... my second home anymore. Much closer drive from work for me anyways... ick, I was in Schaumburg... now I'm in Hanover Park/Streamwood. Sucks. The Elgin-O'Hare is a parking lot everyday. Wheeling is a decent area though, I wouldn't complain! Alas, the Sam's Club in Des Plaines was sold out... didn't get a chance to go up to Rolling Meadows and the Wal-Mart in Elk Grove was closed, too. No DVD for me. *pout*
I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and go to Niles on my lunch break tomorrow.

Holy cripes! You're not even kidding! I had a hell of a time all through April and May with wanting to kill whoever planned that mess! I don't even take those roads, but since they worked on overpasses on 90 and 294, I'd get caught in lane closures and gridlocked stoplights twice on the same street!! Fortunately, other than the Elgin-O'Hare, I take all city streets to work and it's way faster than getting on any of the express/tollways. Plus my commute clocks in at just under 19 miles, which is why I'm on the warpath to get closer to the city right now. I could cut my drive in half, pay $50 more or so in rent, but save about $120/month in gas. Insane... thank you, Cook county.
jrnychick wrote:You'd better move before the snow starts flying! You ain't seen nothin' until you've commuted in a Chicago winter. I had the opportunity last summer to take a permanent job in Chicago and I turned it down because of the idea of making the drive in the winter. I'm glad I didn't because I pretty much had to take the Edens. On a good day, the commute was 45-60 min. I can only imagine what it is now. Is the train an option for you?

I'm about to give up and just wait until the frenzy calms down. I mean seriously, NO WHERE has it right now. Did Friga pay all his cousins to snatch up all the copies here?

Oh, no bother, I can keep calling them until they submit to my demands.
But thank you!

Why I'd never!!
...Now, I have been known to shop for an hour all over the store and have a cart full and for reasons of my own up and leave. Yeah, that's right "HBC and Electronics to the front for your reshops!"
I'm so lame.
