So far, besides the Walmart deal, I'm seeing about the same promotion as Arrival. Of course, Trial By Fire wasn't really promoted a lot, yet When You Love A Woman was played to death on radio in my area.
I'm seeing the same amount of promotion that Arrival got- all in one week

The WalMart deal could be a big deal for them. They SHOULD run the two ballads over the muzak system in the stores. That'd sell a buttload of CDs.
I can say that Wal*Mart in store promotions do help. I was in Wal*Mart one day, about a couple of years ago, and they were playing the new Lifehouse CD at the time. The song they were playing was "Blind" and I really thought it sounded pretty good. It was the first time I had heard that song (I had heard You and Me and Come Back Down.) So, I bought the CD. Never regretted it although it was a bit slow in some areas (kind of like a Trial By Fire CD if you will.)
I figure with Leppard doing rather well, Bon Jovi (although selling out to country) hitting it big again, and The Eagles having a respectable amount of success, this is Journey's best shot at a comeback. Hate to harp, but if Perry was in the band, this album would've been huge!
