That's what I've been asking you for weeks now.
It was a dumb question and underpinned with innuendo that is actually taken very seriously by some on the right. Even some people on this forum have made the antichrist claim. The pretext of humor doesn't absolve him of his stupidity.
I already said that but the word is "some" not "Glenn Beck". I can tell you that if I that if I ever thought that Glenn really believed Obama was the antichrist, I'd be calling him on it just like you, MM, and Rip-n-Read are.
Yep, thanks to sites like MediaMatters. I encourage everyone to watch it.
Beck, to his limited credit, had to apologise on air last week for unfairly playing Bill Clinton out of context cocerning global warming.
It's too bad his audience isn't aware that 99% of Beck's material suffers from this same problem.
At least Glenn has the fortitude to admit his failure, unlike MM and Rip-n-Read.
I suggest you re-read Kerry's speech on the senate floor on the war resolution.
While ultimately a "yes" vote, it was loaded with the very concerns that have all now come to pass.
War was a last resort, and was to be endeavored only as a broad multilateral effort.
"Let me be clear, the vote I will give to the President is for one reason and one reason only: To disarm Iraq of weapons of mass destruction, if we cannot accomplish that objective through new, tough weapons inspections in joint concert with our allies."
How about the statements Kerry and the like made prior to Bush even being in office about how much of a threat Iraq was in the Middle East? I'm not pointing these out to make a case for the war but just to point out that it's disingenuous to point out Bush's inconsistencies and then not hold the others up to the same standards.
