You know what? I listened to Stone in Love from 94 and yes, his voice is strained, not at all at the level of Escape, but the tone and the emotion is still there. As far as him getting paid like a mother fucker. If you're going to curse, spelling please. Damn right he's getting paid, and well he should. His name and voice are all over the dirty dozen. It's called COPY RIGHT you ass hole. Just because he's no longer with the band doesn't mean his rights stop. Every time one of his songs he either wrote or co-wrote is sung he is getting paid. It's a futile battle. Lots of armchair quarterbacks here who act as though they were personally there to witness all the rights and wrongs in 1987 and 1995; go to Jon and Neal's place for dinner twice a week; and regularly out-sing Perry when they sing beside him on Sunday afternoons!

Or at least they act like they have that level of knowledge.
