Because of the "Journey" name and "duplicate" legacy voice still attached to it. Case in point, while listening to the new cds in the car yesterday, my daughter (who is only a "casual" Journey fan) thought it was Perry singing until a couple songs in........then noticed a few subtle differences and I told her it was the new guy named Arnel and showed her the back of the cd case. So the normal joe out there that hear it and don't know Perry is gone, won't even know the difference.
