Outstanding!!!! If it wasn't for #9, I would've overlooked 1 or two choices and said that was a great list. But Anything by the Beatles was tremondous. Someone besides me needs to say that.

Yeah, I went there. I'll say it!... The description goes on to say (for those too lazy to read through):

"They’ll probably be sitting with several other older people who are waiting for just the right time to pull out their story about when they first heard this beatles song, which will be a lie, since the actual first time they heard it they were smoking laced weed while awkwardly looking for a place to shoot their load in the circle jerk that just “sort of happened."

Holy shit. Number 9 hurt! Bad.

God I hate getting old.

As bad as it hurts, that list is funny as hell. Very observant of bars and the people in them.

WHY IT NEEDS TO RETIRE: This song is as played out as Steve Perry is ugly.

We play these:

SMOOTH - We have retired this one.

ALABAMA - We're in Florida, it's the law - but only by request

DONT STOP BELIEVIN' - Actually, people really like this one.

I WILL SURVIVE - People love this one, too - probably because we do the Cake version.

"you’ll realize he’s wearing a sleeveless flannel shirt, and what you thought were sleeves are actually a dark, dense fur that’s made a home on in his shoulders and upper arms" - eewwww

The whole thing is hilarious (and pretty accurate  )

The Beatles are still my favorite band of all time, but I agree it's terrible bar music, for a jukebox or a band. Occasionally an oldies band can get away with "I Saw Her Standing There" or something, but it's pretty rare. I've seen bands do kickass versions of "I'm Down," but that doesn't really work in bars because only a handful of people actually know what it is.

I don't THINK we had it played at my Divorce Party (I did have a Journey song requested for me!!) But, yes, as a newly single woman, I would sing my heart out with Gloria Gaynor every chance I had!!!

This song has been played so much even Glenn Frey and Don Henley stab their own ears with icepicks whenever they hear it. Killing someone for playing it is legal in 13 states.

Steve Perry is not ugly. (that song is overplayed though)
Are you kidding me? LOOK at his company in the music world.
Shit, look at his company in JOURNEY alone.
Compared to half the rock world, he's a god damn Calvin Klein underwear model.

And no one had better hair.

I'll agree on Sweet Home Alabama, and ANYTHING by Meatloaf.
Fuck Meatloaf. (and they called Perry ugly?)

Well. I won't be having my usual afternoon cup of Tazo today, thanks very much.

And no he couldn't. All those years with those tiny ass little pants... you figure they gotta be too afraid to come out.

Got you find the most inappropriate things on that man to talk about sometimes.
