Sorry folks...no update again today. I've been knocked over by some flu virus since Tuesday and still can't shake it. I'm not sure when the next update will be, but ASAP. My apologies for the cut in service."

If I remember it right, there's no effective medicine against virus. When I had flu, I just tried to get lots of rest (physical & mental) and drink lots of liquids (water & juices). BTW, (and this is not a paid advertisement!) I also massaged my forehead and neck sides with "Siang Pure Oil" (menthol, pepperment); put a little of the same oil on the tip of my nose and sniffed it. I made sure it did not get into my eyes! For some reason, this made me feel a little better--and caused me to get some sleep. Of course, this may or may not work for you.
