" We were ten foot away from the stage behind the band when she grabbed him she had a mad look in her eye his mic hit his lip and he bled i met that girl in the loo beforehand and she made a load of comments about expecting perry and what was this xxxx doing on stage so when i saw her grab him i thought she was goona chew him up and spit him out..LOL anyway great concert my hubby saw them 30 years ago it was his first concert couldnt believe how great they still were...

If this was June 1998, I can see there being some confusion.
We didn't all have the internet, etc then.

But come on, they've had three singers in that time... how can you be fan enough to want to go - and how can you be THAT into Perry without ever so much as looking up the band's website or reading about them? If you're that upset about Perry's absence that you're going to attack people over it, you can't have me believe you aren't following what the band is doing.

I smell either a bullshit (or at least partial bullshit) story or a person who needs to be locked up permanently.

Maybe she was yelling for Augeri and the storyteller misheard? :lol:

I find the story dubious, the "lady grabber" is actually seen in the clip happily dancing before the incident. Some eyewitnesses claim she seemed to have merely wanted to pull and kiss AP.

A nice little ploy for a bit of sensationalism.
