Hope everyone else has a great holiday as well, my neighborhood smelled like fireworks and charcoal when I pulled in the drive just now... July! YAY! :D

That pic pretty much sums up how I feel as an American. A badass chick with a rifle and a... what is that? A GTO? Trans-Am or Camaro would be my personal preference, but it gets the point across. 8)

However, that bitch is holding the gun ALL wrong.

July 4th 2 years ago was Augeri's last Journey show. I can't believe it's been that long.

My Daddy started taking me hunting as soon as I was potty trained. I was helping skin deer at 4, gutting them at 7... never killed one myself. I can't even take a sick cat to be put down. But I was taught how to properly use a firearm. Oh hell yea. :D

We're planning a pretty rockin type show on the 5th for Venom Nation. I've not quite made up my mind as to all what bands will be IN the show, but we're going to do all-american bands...and I think I'm going to lead off with Jimi's version of the "Star Spangled Banner" - Pirate Radio allotted us an extra hour, so we're gonna run from 10 PM eastern to 1AM Eastern. It should be pretty good...

Shy of that.I've got to work on the 4th - DOUBLE TIME BABY! Woo! But I'll be done work at 5:30 - so I can still grill out and make use of my First Responder license when local retards blow their fingers off with fireworks. "No, Ma'am...that does require medical attention". LOL

Abby's doin great, thanks for asking!

And I WILL be grilling some meat and
catching some fireworks...

But here is the fucked up thing about living in Utard, er, Utah...

While they do have SOME decent 4th of July shows and events
(Hell, Miley Cyrus is playing here!!! )
This State puts more time and effort into celebrating
Pioneer Days at the end of the month to commemorate
Mr. Smith finding this so-called Utopia

It's pretty sad...

I'm going down to the local event here in Bedford. These guys http://www.thewondersband.com will be playing. They're damn good. Should be a lot of fun. They put on a great fireworks display every year.

I'm not sure. The song list they have on their website doesn't even scratch the surface of all the tunes they do. The bass player is a friend of mine, and I just about fell down when they started playing September and he sang it. Sounded great.
