Awesome. Thanks for posting these, Michael. Wish Cyndy & I could have been there. We got to see Eric play one song at Jeff's SF show which was great, but there's nothing like a full EM show. How cool that you got to play with him!

the show was great! let's not forget the awesome opening band of ted poley, eric ragno, vic rivera, eddie campbell and doug o'dell. those guys gave their all and it rocked!!!!!!!!! some danger danger songs as well as a preview of the upcoming poley/rivera cd. micheal leigh and his boys along with eric ragno were a great compliment to eric martin. the songs just kept coming. and that's MY shine video :)

eric martin was a pleasure to chat with after the show when we were all hanging out at the hotel. i had the luck to see richie kotzen do an acoustic set on saturday night and eric and i talked about that (another amazing night of music btw). eric mentioned that he and richie were doing a tour together starting this month. oversease of course :( you can see a couple of richie's clips there too. just click more from irockjava ;)

so glad i made the trip and got to hang with my friend eric ragno (kpoty2008) you and your family are the best!

I hear ya, I was so tempted to fly over to PA instead of home on sunday, lol....heck I was in the US already anyway. :) Thanks so much for posting the links Michael, very cool that you and Eric played with EM. I especially like Shine, a Mr Big fave of mine. You sound great on Richie's lines.

Maria, you rock girl, for sharing those. :)

Yeah Drew.We had a pretty long soundcheck and I hung with Eric and his TOTALLY AWESOME wife Denise, before and after the show, then we pretty much closed the bar at the hotel with EM,Vic & Eddie (from Ted Poley's band),and the VERY AWESOME Eric Ragno. You're right Drew, EM is ACES!!

Maria, is right.TP and co rocked in a major way,and their setlist was outstanding.
Hopefully some other videos will pop up.

EM has been a long time favorite and a HUGE vocal and musical influence on me, and getting to play with him was a real privledge.
Hopefully we can do it again sometime. Everyone should really check out the shows in KOP.
Tony Harnell is there on July 13th and that should be a good one as well.

Thanks for all the nice words everyone!:)

Eric is just the best and Denise is super cool also. Great pair. And my man Eric - what a pillar of society! Ted & Vic - where there is one, there is the other - TROUBLE!

What a great show! Me & the kids had a blast. I love the informal nature of shows like this. EM is hilarious!

I gotta tell you guys, I've seen some clips of TRY before, but had never seen Michael Leigh live. He was incredible!!! I believe he can be found at www.thereaganyears.com (inside joke). And of course, having Eric Ragno on 'stage' with them was just the icing on the cake!!!

I recorded several songs and will post them as soon as I get a spare minute.

Maria and Debbie, it was great spending some time with you guys! I hope we can do it again, SOON! 8)

Andrew my man, you continue to rock my world! lol After checking out some video I found a few hysterical moments during the songs, where you can hear folks yelling out KBOTY! (keyboard player of the year! HAHAHAA) I laughed my ass off! What a great show. Everyone was really great, Eric Martin, Ted, Michael, Vic, Doug...I wish we all lived closer! We closed the hotel bar down that night, they literally started sweeping the floor just to get us out of there! Eric's flight home was in another three hours and rather than get some rest, he hung out with us all night.

Andrew, there were a lot of kind words spoken about you that night, especially by EM and Ted. :)

If anyone has any pics or video, please sent it over to eric@ericragno.com. I will be posting EVERYTHING in the next few days. Thanks again to everyone for a memorable weekend.

EM did have GREAT things to say about you Drew.
He holds you in as high regard as you hold him.Damn I wish I could've made MRfest so I could have meet you too.

Pillar of society can not even describe Eric Ragno. He and his wife are 2 of the most AMAZING and beautiful people I have ever met in my life.
Eric Ragno and I have been bonded for life over the last few weeks, and the gig cemented it.
Vic Rivera and Eddie Cambpell from Ted's band, and their BEAUTIFUL ladies were equally as AWESOME.

It's always AWESOME to see the wonderful Donna (my secret crush):) and her beautiful family!!
She is a TRUE FRIEND, and I am grateful to call her that!!

Maria got to see me in all my glory,as I had barely wiped the sleep from my eyes in the lobby, wondering from my car back into the hotel.
It was great meeting her and everyone else on the forums. There really are some cool folks in cyber world!!

Vic,Eddie, myself and our significant others, all had a GREAT lunch at the Cheesecake Factory the next day, and they are all just AWESOME folks.
I really hope we get the chance to play together again.
EM talked about "doing it again",and I hope we get the chance to do so.
As ER said,if anyone has any videos and pics you can send them tp reaganyear@aol.com
Our Webmaster will take care of them.

Not bothering to open them, but will trust there was the requisite emoting, stage presence and charisma.

Wonder if it SOUNDED good, though.

New video clip - To Be With You

Postby chynablue » Fri Jul 04, 2008 3:44 am

I am gradually going through the video that is being sent over from the King of Prussia show. A lot of fun moments! This latest clip is of Michael reminding Eric Martin that he forgot to introduce me with the band intros! EM then plugs Melodic Rock.com, and recounts a video of me and my kid on my web site as we tear into To Be With You.

As Mike said, this gig wasn't rehearsed much, in fact I never got to play with the guys before showtime. I've got some Ted Poley clips I plan to upload next. What a memorable, intimate gig. Keep sending those videos and pictures!

Thought so too, one of my faves. Mike's and Eric's vocals went well together.
