Why would Joe insult another band appearing at the same event? That makes no sense to me. At a time when all of these bands are in the twilight of their careers, they should be doing what they can to promote the genre as a whole. He could have made his comments without mentioning any acts specifically.

Yeah, DL were BIG into the 60's/70's glam stuff. I don't see a difference. I mean Phil Collen wore tons of make-up in the band he was in before. I think maybe what they said was being misunderstood? I don't know. What Bret said about the dancing with the stars thing was hysterical though.
