Just keep Arnel hopped up on these badboys, and nobody will have to worry about him suffering a
blown knee or some fucked-up hip injury, no matter how high or how often he jumps around the stage.

Isn't that called 'Balut'

Obviously a cheap shot at Arnel's heritage - I think Balut is more a vietnamese dish, ain't it? Ever had Pho? Good stuff

I ate it a couple times in Angeles City, while running around getting short times. I could only eat it if I chased it with Red Horse, too salty for me.

Don't be a wuss. Of course you can't. The second pic is of a balut prepared too early.
One really should wait until thick black down has developed around the duckling.

In fairness, some of the ...things... that Americans eat is some fucking vile shit ... from a Filipino POV.
I won't even get into the Brits' dietary peculiarities, and may the Lord Jesus Christ forgive them,
but the Aussies' might just be the fucking worst.

No I wouldn't eat the balut, but I'd sure eat gunbot's current avitar though.

So that's what balut looks like ey. The closest I ever got to balut was during the years I was living in the Philippines. One night I was sitting in my bedroom sleeping and I heard a guy yelling "Baloooot......Baloooot" and ringing a bell as he pushed his load of balut down the street in front of my apartment peddling it at 11pm at night. I heard the guy and asked my girlfriend if we could have some. At which point, she turns to me and says....you really want some. I said: Yeah what is it.....icecream? Afterall, I thought it was icecream, because it was so friggin hot out, what else would someone be selling on a very hot evening out of a freezer box on bicycle wheels. Like the old fashioned ice cream man I remember as a very little kid in the midwest. She then explained to me what this "balut" was and she got a really good laugh when I told her what I thought the guy was selling. So that was pretty much as close as I'd ever want get to balut. Also there may be a version of balut in Vietnam, but not so sure of it because I hung out with lots of Vietnamese and no one ever mentioned or served up that item.

Hey, Steve.
Oysters also have the same rep here. Balut is more of a general health and confidence booster:
"pampalakas ng tuhod" or literally "for strengthening the knees" (versus, being weak-kneed),
although the sexual prowess angle is always a good sell. I think Gunbot's avi is Aki Kawamura.

The list is more extensive than you might believe, but one charming specialty
that I actually had the personal misfortune to run into was: Pear Salad.
Pear slices, mayonnaise, cheddar cubes on scraps/smears of dissolving lettuce.
That is some hideous shit that'll turn you white, if you're not careful.
Don't get me started on America's interpretation of "Chinese food".
I mean.. fuuuuuuck. Just fuck, fuck, FUCK that crap.

At least you developed the corndog, popularized popcorn, and more.
The Brits should hang their heads in shame, and some Aussie's should simply hang.

   Yeah the embryos are safe, I'm no duck egg embryo hunter that's for sure.

I've always been a very picky eater but it doesn't take much to know that balut is just not right.

You think balut looks bad, got to smell it too in order to feel the full effects though. Personally I've never smelt it, but I've heard from people who have that it wasn't nice to say the least. It smells just as bad as it looks.
