Mikey, I'm with you on at least 3 of these four.
I'll also throw out this one- original 4 from KISS reunite for one final time before turning the makeup over to 4 unknowns, via a "rockstar" like tv show.

Hagar and Anthony rejoin Van Halen, WITH Dave in the fold and they alternate closing each night.

Now that the impossible has happened and Dave is back, all bets are off and the sky's the limit for the band.

I think it could happen. Roth is so much more humble and down to earth now I know he'd go for this it's up to Eddie and Sammy to break bread.

If Led Zeppelin reunite, it has to be in 2009. That can't really wait much longer.
G N' R not yet, at least with the original members.
Skid Row should, that's foolish.
I think VH will do one more run with just Dave. Maybe with Mike but not Sammy yet. That will happen eventually.
I could see KISS doing one last show or even tour. But, if it's just a one off, besides Ace and Peter, I think they will bring back Kulick as well as Singer and try to get Vinnie Vincent (all living members) for one last monster farewell show. It will be on PPV and/or DVD as well. You're right about the 4 tribute member KISS thing happening eventually.

The one for sure, will be Lionel Richie and the Commodores (not that anyone here cares). Cetera and Chicago and Perry and Journey not going to happen.

Having said all that, I'm not sure any of these will happen and I predict the concert industry as a whole will have a down year next year due to the even worse economy. People are going to have a hard time parting with $100+ ticket if they are struggling or don't have a job, no matter how bad they want to see their band.

Not just ticket prices, but gas prices to get there. Everything is just so much more expensive right now. Luxuries are always the first to go. In fact, I bet you'll see fewer bands touring just because the ROI will be next to nothing.

I'd like to see VH do one more studio album. Then tour with Dave AND Sammy. On the last show, the closing number, they should all be on stage and have a balls to the wall brawl break out amongst the band members. THAT would be a way to go out, rock-n-roll style.

Damn that would be sweet. I am sure all parties involved would be willing, except Edward. He is known to hold grudges.

Tito, I've always thought this would be a good end game for KISS. Hell, I'D pay to see it!

...but then again, I paid to see the ASYLUM tour as well...

That was kind of a lost album. Lick It Up and Animalize were good releases that did o.k. and I remember Crazy Nights but Asylum got lost. Ok CD, I like a few songs off of it.

A Van Halen tour with both Sammy and Dave would be SIIIICK.

Better yet, a Van Halen ALBUM and tour with both would be sicker.

Imagine Sammy and Dave singing on tracks with one another... the vocal interplay would be truly rock and roll and probably very entertaining in parts!

Yeah, though Plant seems to be kind of apathetic about the whole thing.

It's been done fairly recently with Hagar. I see that as more of a "final tour" kind of thing.

Cetera and Chicago and Perry and Journey not going to happen.

Chicago - for the first time in a long time - I wonder how long they are going to continue. They've toured every year since 1967 with the exception of 1981. The last year or so though, you're likely to only get two of the original seven members ... three if lucky. Maybe a final tour is possible with Peter and Danny Serephine before they call it quits.

As for Journey and Perry ... anything is possible but that's my least likely of any of this list.
