For me to rate any album a classic 10/10, every single song on the release must be sensational. Revelation is not that for me, as there are a few that don't thrill me.
In fact, i really dont believe i would rate ANY Journey album as a 10/10, as there has always been the one or two that just don't do it for me.

I still don't hear the "echo of angelic voices" in the background that would make it a Meatloaf song. :D

I don't hear them either - but the song has a theatricality about it. And the keyboards seem to be really strong like on Meatloaf stuff.
Maybe I'm not explaining myself very well - but I know what I mean!

Just wanted to make sure you weren't hearing, "ooooohhhoooohhhhoohhh"s in the background.

If I were I'd book the local priest to carry out an Excorcism pretty damn quick!!!!!!!!!!
Operatic style sweeping vocals, and a very theatrical type song is whatl I hear.
That doesn't mean I don't like it, though.

8 works for me. I had to take the remake of FITH into consideration. Other than that, I love it. :D

Curious to know what albums you would consider classic?
