Hope not.

So many WAY better album tracks they cold trot out there.

Pos Touch, It Could Have Been You, Once You love Somebody, Girl Can't Help It, let those great old ROR tracks breathe a little bit.
"I love almost everybody."---Rocky Balboa 1990
"Let's reform this thing.Let's go out and get some guys who want to work and go do it"--Neal Schon February, 2001

Maybe.
ANYthing but Escape, though it's just lost all interest for me. It's on GHL, The Houston DVD and CD, Jrny 2001 and every boot from '98-fuckin '07 ENOUGH already.

No Kidding. Lovin Touchin Squeezin over Escape? No thanks. Pos Touch sounds like the theme from Cheers. Always hated that one.

Red, first thing...lay down the crack pipe dude. Escape is arguable the greatest album track by any band, ever. The fact that it was out of the set to begin with is a travesty. The fact that it's back in suggests that the earth is back to spinning on axis.

To suggest that there's any song in the Journey catalog that can even come close to replacing Escape, is sheer lunacy!

GCHI would be OK. I think they avoid ROR tunes because they are so Perry-influenced. Bad memories.

I'd be okay with the ROR title track, but doubtful they'd play it. There's a lot that can be done with tracks like Escape and Edge of the Blade live.

Just my opinion, but if I never hear them play LTS again live it will be too soon. To me it is just a big waste of 5+min. of concert time. The crowds sing along with all the tunes anyway, no need to sit there going "NaNaNa..." over and over and over again. Hell I'd even take some of the ROR tunes  Red suggested over LTS.

I'd like to hear what Message Of Love would sound like with Arnel's pipes. They're clearly a lot stronger than Perry's were circa TBF. Soto sang the song very well, too. That song rocks but Perry's vocals are just average on it. He had very little gas in his tank as far as "rockers" are concerned when that song was recorded. He just couldn't "rock" it.

Agreed, and to reiterate what Dan said the other day, I think ONE MORE would be a kick ass tune to put in the set!

Be that as it may, I still love ESCAPE, and I'd be very disappointed if whichever version on JOURNEY I saw didn't play it.
