Wow...another place that holds just over 20,000. I say by tonight it's a sellout. Weather usually affects "walk up" sales. How's the weather supposed to be tonight?

HOT AND HUMID! It's Florida in the summer :P Picture Dallas but with humidity. We are hotter at that venue in Tampa then we were in Dallas. Even though the temp is 10 or 20 degrees cooler. Humidity is so great

Oh, and let me add the "possibility of afternoon thunder showers" our daily summer weather forecast here

Guy that I emailed at the arena said that VIP seats were sold out, but that other seats were still available. He didn't comment on how many were sold at this point. BTW, sounds like a HOT mother there tonight!!!!!!!!!!!! EGAD

Well, just exactly how do they determine SOLD OUT??? There were A LOT of empty seats in my section. I realize the tickets could have been sold and the seats just not filled, but there were still tickets available 15 minutes prior
to the Dallas show. :?

These could be unused promotional seats released the day of the show. That happens frequently.

Yes, they do advertise that venue in Orlando. My husband listens to the classic rock station and he said that the DJ's have been mentioning it the last week but he personally hasn't heard a true advertisement. Last tour they advertised on TV, but I haven't been home enough to know

I noticed the same thing at the show in Vegas-it said it was "Sold Out" yet I saw lots of empty seats in nearly all sections. I find it hard to believe that there were THAT many people bought tickets then didn't go.

What a great show. The guys are playing with much more enthusiasm now than with Augeri. It seemed, though, that every time they'd get the crowd really pumped, they'd bring out a new tune and completely kill the momentum. I like Rev as much as anyone (and want to hear the songs live) but they could've done a better job with the song order. "The Journey" has to go.

I'd say the place was probably 90% full. Heart and Cheap Trick totally rocked. They didn't use the video boards for either of them which was unfortunate.

It was hot and rained all day but the rain stayed away for the show.

No Deen tunes tonight which REALLY has me bummed! Is he not singing anymore on this tour?

Schon and Cain did a blues number towards the end of the show that was great.

those people are useless. a lot of other people are dying and begging to get tickets just to get inside while those arses just threw away their tickets for nothing. they could had just given those tickets away to somebody else for free rather than ending up in the bin.

Yeah, Vegas is unique to other venues because they give tickets to gamblers or others so there are easily empty seats from people who may get them and really care less to see them.

It rained a little when we got there but I think I would've taken that over the scorching heat!

The show was EXCELLENT! Layton you really should check out Arnel.. he's amazing! He was dead on last night and the band seemed to be on fire. :)

We asked Deen about him singing when we were at the bar and he said that he's letting Arnel do all the singing now. He said he'd rather be playing and let Arnel do all the vocals.
We begged and pleaded but it didnt work. LOL! He said Arnel doesn't need any down time on vocals and is fully capable of taking the reigns without Deen's help.

I also asked Deen about his hair and he said he's tired of looking like Greg Brady.
