All I remember was long blond hair, a perpetually pouty face, a waif model body, and no shoes...

I don't know... how hot is someone who won't work and hides in the bushes and tries to break into the house?

I think she looks like a toad, but that's just me.

What's everyone doing here for seats? Anybody taking the risk on lawn? Just curious. I haven't sat on the lawn at blossom in a long time, don't think I will ever again...

Hey, we can have a little bit of fun. You enjoyed it, don't lie.

And btw, can someone come to my house and kick my roommate's sorry, non-employed, obsessive, pathetic ex-girlfriend's ass off my God damn couch? I pay to live here, not her, why the hell she's even here (oh yes, her sick little "I have nowhere else to go" games) all piled up where I can't relax in my own damn house and she's trashed the place with her Chinese take-out boxes and a shoe on the stove... a fucking SHOE... on the STOVE. This shit just ain't fucking cool at all. There could possibly be a war tonight, folks. I'm absofuckinglutely livid.

*sorry, rant over*

I'm under the pavilion. Some of my friends are gonna be on the lawn at the show though.

When it's a favorite band of mine playing there, like Journey or Survivor etc, etc, I always get pavilion.

The lawns not to bad if you want to save money, and if it's not raining, and if you get there early enough to find a good spot to sit.

The thing with me is I would only get lawn for a band I don't care that much about, BUT there's no way in hell I make the long trek to Blossom from the west side of Cleveland and deal with parking and traffic hassles to see any act(s) that I don't REALLY like. So, I always sit pavilion :)

When it's a band that I love I only get pavilion. When it's a band I kind of like but don't love, then I get lawn tickets.

Lawn can be kind of fun for a party atmosphere. But If your there strictly to see the band, and you love the bands music, then it's gotta be pavilion.

I'm all about the socializing this time around, so lawn seats are fine by me. Journey? Meh. They'd probably prefer I wasn't anywhere near them anyway. I just want to finally meet Gayle and Jen and the rest of you fun people I keep hearing from Rhibaby about. Not to mention that stuff like ILAA just ain't in the budget this month. Those prices are insane.

You Chicago girls should check out the Megabus. That's what we took from Cleveland to Chicago. It was $23 round trip!!! It's not the most glamorous mode of transportation but it wasn't bad. We took cocktails and had a little party in the back of the bus!!

I'm driving to Cleveland... I need a road trip so bad I can't half stand it.

Even though technically I'll be driving about 800 miles back from NC/VA next weekend, it doesn't count. The closer we get to fall, the less and less I'm able to sit still. Serious. It's kinda bad. Back when I didn't live in the glass box of restraint that is Cook County, IL it wasn't too out of the ordinary for me to rack up 15,000 miles between August and New Year's.

Not a bad idea, but me and Rhi need to be free to fuck around, sing, be total asses, stop where we want to and smoke. She would prioritize those differently, but there you have it.

1.) Smoke
2.) Sing
3.) Fuck around (especially with Grannies in other cars on the turnpike. Can we say Talladega your ass, Grams?) (...j/k)
4.) Be total asses. This comes too easy.
5.) Do as we damn well please.

I'd say that covers it. Now, what about my hotel question?

Hey, Cleveland-bound peeps! I need some QUICK advice as I'm going to purchase airline tix today. When we do "extended weekends", we like to get there as early as possible and leave as late as possible to maximize our time, and usually get a car. We have the day off, so it would kinda be a waste not to get there earlier and go exploring. However, he also said we most likely would not need a car -- should be plenty of people driving.

The best flight I am looking at also leaves late Sunday, probably after everyone else is already gone. It would probably be safest and most flexible for me to get the early arrival/late departure times I'm eyeing and also get a car just in case, and who knows, maybe it would come in handy. At least people wouldn't have to ferry us around.

Any suggestions? Would help to know when everyone is arriving/departing. Thanks, and I'll check back soon!

Get in line pal. I'm still waiting on answers to my hotel questions.

I guess I'll be arriving whenever Rhi wants to arrive, since she wants to drive. We could either be brave (and stupid) and head out on Friday after work, or Saturday morning (EARLY! I'm not wasting half a day!)

Rhi you're gonna love travelling with me. I have Satellite Radio and an 80 gb iPod. :D
