You are a class act my friend - the good people of MR should pester them until you get a response!!!!
Thanks Gordon. I tried contacting Classic Rock, to ask if they would consider using me occasionally for gig photos/reviews, because that would save me an awful lot of hassle trying to get photo passes for gigs (it is really difficult to get them as a freelance photographer unless you are working on behalf of a publication like Classic Rock). I have to rely on knowing someone in the band, or sending lots of begging emails.
However, predictably I suppose, they didn't even acknowledge my mail.
I've always admired Ross Halfin's photography, going right back to the 70's in Sounds and Kerrang etc, although I wish he didn't have such a condescending attitude at times.
