After All These Years, Played At...

Postby scarygirl » Tue Aug 05, 2008 3:35 am

I was ordering my lunch at Wendys when I heard something familiar. Listened closer and it was After All These Years. This was the first time I've heard a cut of the album anywhere near me, either on the radio or in a retail chain. I know it's Wendys, but it's pretty cool....

It was played at a restaurant at the Luxor while we were in Las Vegas too!

Most fast food places listen to satellite radio and that greatly increases the chances of hearing some of the new songs. Regular rock radio stations are formatted and basically refuse to play any new songs by any artist.

iam supposed to be working... but will chime in here... i heard after all these years out of all places a carwash yesterday... FIRST TIME ANYWHERE hearing that song---besides my ipod.
I dont know if the car wash had XM radio or if it was on a local radio station... so that song must finally be a hit nationwide and not just at MR.

by the way the greatest hit catalog was #2 on the billboard 200. at 789 weeks on the charts... btw i am hungry.. pass the fires.

After All These Years has been getting more and more airplay every week. If this continues for a few more weeks it should crack the top 10 and possibly the top 5.

If I want a cup of ice cream, I'll go to Bastard and Robbins. But milkshakes go with burgers.
And, what's with them square burgers? There's some kind of Mulder and Scully sh*t going on there.

LOL If I eat a burger with fries and a milkshake,my ass would be hangin out the door on the way home. I just get it by itself.I liked little tavern hamburgers, they were square and open 24 hours.Get all tanked up, by a bag of them, better than a sirloin at 3 am
