Interesting how they enhanced it in TDK. Hope they catch on next time!

Yeah... I agree. I understood the reasoning behind it in the first movie, but I think they just took it WAY to far in the second. It didn't ruin the movie for me or anything, but it did get on my nerves. Hopefully they'll tone it down for the next one!

Yup. Well, you have about 17 minutes.
I got my hopes up there for a minute thinking we were gonna quote lines from Ricky Bobby.

I approve this article.

I wouldn't go so far as to say it sucked. But I really have no desire to ever see it again. Marvel characters do kick DC ass though. Capain America's in the works, The Avengers, Thor also. Alot to look forward to.
I'm sure DC will have another reboot of Superman coming in 5 or 6 years.![]()
They'll probably reboot Batman a few years after that. YAWN!!!

Keaton and Kilmer did it too although nowhere near as extreme. The both hushed their voices rather than growl every line. I like Bale's take when it is kept in check but it was hammy to say the least in new movie.

Tim Burton said what he liked most about Keaton was the eyes. He didn't have to use any effects to give that dark look when in the mask. As far as the voice, I have heard Keaton use that low tone before in the movie " Pacific Heights"
