I wonder how much of that, if any, has to do with the thousands on comments made here last year about his lack of stage presence and how he just stood there like tree. He's gone from one extreme to the other.

Don't get me wrong, if he can guarantee he won't get hurt doing the jumps, then jump away and give Diamond Dave a run for his money. But, I would choose to be safe.

He almost took Ross out on the second one.

yup. am I agreeing with u? but for a different reason.

AP lost me there. I was in the RoSs ZoNe for the rest of the show. :? actually I was in the Ross nose hair zone the rest of the evening.

oh, btw, Neal was not energized cuz there were no chicas in the 1st 2-3 rows. he was all over the stage in San Antonio and he was wired in Houston. with 'the spin', eh dan? Dallas-not so much cuz he didn't know where we were sitting. but Jonathan did and he was kinda...........crazy. Jonathan was making eye contacts, making faces, thumbs up in Houston. chica power. I guess the hair spray fumes wafted up on stage and buzzed them. hehe

I agree with you. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to log on one day and read "Arnel broke his ass at the ________ show last night" with all that wild running around and jumping like a madman.

I was just curious if the reasoning behind it had to do with extensive criticism that was posted here awhile back about his lack of stage presence.

Speaking of chikas in a mosh pit.....

a friend of mine went to an Indigo Girls show(I believe) at the Newport Folk Festival a couple of weeks ago. He said at one point all the Lesbians gathered together and made a sort of mosh pit....he said 'Fuck it', and got in the fray.

Well, I could go with the short version and quote my friend Cryss who said, "I seriously considered being a lesbian until I realized I like dick way too much."

Or I could type a long, dense, snooty explanation of chica-ness as it exists here and how that differs from a group of lesbian fans at some other random show somewhere we don't care about.

What do ya'll think?

Yeah, that would have definitely mess up the show had that happened. This is actually the first time I saw this clip. I'm having some serious flashbacks right now of being with him in AMO Band and him singing this song there 20+ years ago. Amazing!
