Seriously, when I first heard what had happened, I knew immediately conservative pundits and talk radio hosts would be blamed. Didn't take too long, did it? That playbook is as predictable as the direction the sun rises and sets.

I am also guilty of last month’s shooting at a Knoxville church, for which a nutroots blogger similarly says I need to be held “accountable.”
For what? For blogging, writing columns, and authoring books with which they disagree.
