I've been told many times before that I'm a dyke...although I have this dorky middle-aged-guy ponytail now, which will look terrible if/when I start losing my hair.

And I barely have a penis.

Now I understand how you got those big Arms in your pic. Well they do say roids tend to shrink the willie.

Says it all.

Sounds like he's talking about Journey to me.

Also, why does he need someone to sound like Bobby when he has Bobby? What's he saying there? Didn't somebody have a nickname for Lukather awhile ago?

Don't comment on things you have no knowledge on.

Toto do bigger business in Europe and Asia than they do in the USA. Has ben that way for years.

This is NOT a Toto vs Journey issue and Luke would be the first to state that. Any one trying to turn this topic into that has no clue and no life.

You are incorrect on your "numbers" you throw out regarding the venue sizes. Sorry, but you are.

Prove it, sausage tits.

Well, I LOVE Toto and would put their catalogue up against Journey on most days.

Toto had no fan base in the States because of their label, and could only tour in Europe. That wasn't their fault. I actually saw them in Amsterdam a number of years ago, and they were incredible.

That being said, I can guarantee if Journey had played throughout Europe during the same period, they would have sold much larger venues than Toto. It's a simple supply/demand issue. Journey has sold something like 90 million records worldwide compared to about 15 million for Toto. That's all. I am out.

Why didn't anyone tell me this? Screw Journey and Heart. I'd fly 10,000 miles to see those supergroups together.

You can just feel the gayness emanating from those bands from halfway across the world. If Boy George could have made it (as was originally planned), that would have been the topper.

mmm. Belinda Carlisle. Anyone else like her better when she was pudgy?

Damn, I thought that was just me! Yes MUCH BETTER when she was pudgy...Madonna too! It's a 80's thing, I guess!

Also, I read the whole interview on the Classicrockrevisited site, and it's clear that Luke is talking about his SOLO tour, not TOTO. He's saying this in reference to the fact that on his solo tour HE'S playing rarities, instead of the hits. (Thus, if he WANTED to do the hits. he'd just hire a Bobby sound alike)
It's really a shot at Bobby, as he says later that Bobby'll be playing HOLD THE LINE till he's 90 (or something like that) implying that Kimball has nothing else interesting to play! So the shot is NOT at Journey, but (I think) at an old bandmate.

Exactly. And the end result is that they all do the same thing.

The music of Journey and Toto make folks happy. Off to play Kimball's Rise Up CD.

Tito you crap bigger and smell longer than most posters here, don't mean your shit is the truth to all turds.
Toto got no love in North America for years.
Lukather is going his own for a stint, can't you just shut up until he is done his shows? respect man.

Eric Dear Sir, far as your half successful remark goes....
Toto has tons of talent that I would pay to see before some others performing live now.
Do believe they have a Grammy under their belt.....Journey, not even.
I don't think you get it.
