I've waited a week, but no longer. Would either of you please like to explain what the hell goes on up there after the ice melts? I mean I love hockey as much as anyone. But there is more to life than hockey and curling.
One full week into the summer Olympics and Canada still has ZERO medals!!! Embarrassing!

Apparently, somewhere there's a country called "Togo" that has won a medal.....TOGO
Canada is trailing Togo!

You two need to come in here and explain. Seriously this is embarrassing to the US too. We share a border for crying out loud. Even Mexico has a medal.

That's a strange table. Most of the medals tables I've seen are ordered on the basis of gold medals first, and hence have China way out in front.

It just ain't our thing I guess.
Don't bother me in the least either, only the Winter Olympics hold my interest.
Not sure why it is Sir but around here you never see folks getting excited over the Summer Olympics.

Deb is it the same out west?

I like the summer olympics better but at least the winter olympics don't have synchronized swimming.

Canadian Track and Field hasn't been the same since the days of Ben Johnson and his Magical Gatorade enhanced win in the '88 games.

Jim Rome was talking about this yesterday, he was saying its better to no medals than just one. Although if you're Canada its pretty weak IMO! I mean the U.S. has what 46? You would think that something would rub off!!
