The Essential Journey 3.0

Postby Hollywood » Tue Aug 26, 2008 5:32 am

Columbia is releasing a three-disc version of The Essential Journey on 8/26/08 titled; The Essential Journey 3.0. I have not been able to find a full track listing for this or any of the other 3.0 releases coming out. Heart, Billy Joel, and Judas Priest are among the artists recieving this three disc eco-friendly packages. Legacy has a track listing for only one disc and I do not think it is accurate as it has a lot of album tracks listed on the first disc and "I Can See It In YOur Eyes", which was only a bonus track.

If anyone finds a complete trackl listing please post it.

It won't have any new or unreleased stuff on it, trust me. Just more shit you already own in a last-ditch effort to generate any revenue from a dying format.

Maybe it will include "Survivor's Greatest Hits" re-recorded with AP on vocals.

Is this some Perry re-re-re-re-production again?
Will he once again tell us how he cried when he heard himself sing?
Maybe this is the new album he's been talking about...???

Ya know I hadn't thought of that. And as a part of the new release, he could talk an intro into each song so that he can demonstrate that he is 'doing new material'. I mean..he IS The Voice. So it really doesn't matter if he sings or speaks, right?
