Yes, Perry did quite a few backing vox for quite a few people. Somewhere out there, there is a three cd set of the songs he sang backing vox on. :D

I love these tracks, this was a great album. I have to find it on CD. Always loved Van Zant too...must have been great to be in the studio when these tracks were done.

Yeah, it's definitely one of those sexy Barry White-type romance pieces! I love all this stuff, but my favorite of his backing sessions would probably be Cold Hearted Woman off the Van Zant album.
