Yes, it is supposed to be brushing by us in Central Florida as we are trying to get out of here on Friday, and then we get to see it again near Cleveland on Saturday :x I have faith the track WILL change because they are not that easy to predict this far out, and the fact the the model path has changed every 3 hours for 3 days. It actually came to a stand still today for a little while, so they really don't know what it's gonna do yet. I'm hoping further out in the atlantic so my flight isn't delayed, and then far from Cleveland if it does hit land :)

And to answer your question, yes, most of the place is covered, but not the lawn :)

I'm with you on this, Lynn; far out to sea sounds like a good track to me ... away from people and places that don't need any more rain ...

I was thinking Rip, but on second thought, that was his GPS ...

Oh yeah! That's right... and Gayle has the BEACON which is brighter than any laptop or bic known to man. Rumor has it she blinded David Cook with it long enough to slip a roofie in his Fiji. :P

We could see it reflecting off Arnel's teeth during OA in Dallas; people in the first 5 rows had to shield their eyes...

Well, a few days away from the board and I come back to all you smart asses!!

I am so stalking you all with the BEACON. Get ready. 8)

And yes, David Cook WAS blinded......but it wasn't by the BEACON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, glad you're back; the smart ass flag was getting heavy with so few us around to wave it ...

They are tracking 2 or 3 more systems behind Hanna too, but they are far out still. This hurricane season is ridiculous :( All of the same poor islands in the caribbean keep getting hit. The rest of them all need to go out to sea :x

It'll be the remnants of the hurricane. Can still be nasty as hell.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

I'm not travelling 6 hours to meet a motherfuckin' hurricane.
Please keep your storms to yourselves down there, k' thanks.

I mean stay SAFE and all, but seriously, keep it to yourself.

I think the news stations got wind that Mr. and Mrs. Rokken were making this trip together. The combination of her chronic bitching and my impatience/short fuse always make for the perfect storm on vacations.

Looks like Cookie was the one who needed the take-out box. Throwing that out there. :D

Like I was saying, it changes every 3 hours, and now it's going to central PA. Cleveland may be safe! :D They just can't predict well this far out.

I was on the lawn back in 2005 when both Motley Crue and the remnants of of Hurricane Katrina came through Pittsburgh... that didn't faze me, and I doubt this one will be any worse. Haven't really been to Blossom in any sort of rain, so it could be much worse there for all I know. What I do know is there was a freakin' river (almost quite literally) on the walkway between the lawn and the seats at that crue show. Anyhow, bring ponchos and waterproof boots and everything works out no matter what, eh?
Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. YOU GOT THAT?

My seat will be covered. And so will my chair.  So I'm not worried about that part.

Those of you flying, esp. from the southern region, hopefully you won't run into any inconvenience.
Its gettin' close now! I think we're all pretty much heading into town on Friday. 8) :D

Well, leaving it is a better choice because we fly out at noon, and if it does what they are saying now, it will be leaving our area just before noon. There are so many variables though! It's such a gamble either way! I am still hoping it will go by, and at worst we will have a minor delay. We'll get there even if it means later at night friday or saturday morning! I will fight for a flight :x

If it keeps its current path, Thursday is worse than Friday anyway. I think if it goes at the speed they predict, which who knows with these stupid storms, we will possibly be delayed, but I can't see us getting cancelled completely. At least we have all day to get there! The airports never stay closed that long. Unless we end up a direct hit  :(
